When the user wants to add a picture in the particular room map, he has to be asked if he is sure that he wants to add this picture to this particular room or to main map.

If the room owner confirms the picture and the description but later desides that this is not relevant, he can not delete the information, but he can link it to main map nad the record in his map layer will not be visible anymore.

The user, who created that record has to receive the message that his information was delivered to main map.
